Context
DoctorGo is the online health service of Yoigo (MásMóvil), available on the web and as a telemedicine app, coordinating more than eight providers.
Objective
Redesign the app within Meeting Doctors’ design limits, and bring a design system to the MásMóvil Group.
Solution
Content and UX writing work with a telemedicine doctor, a redesigned app and web, and the group’s first design system.
01
- An audit of the web and app to map the full DoctorGo flow.
- Analysis of telemedicine platforms and MásMóvil products.
- Weekly and daily sessions with providers to improve usability.
- Fewer onboarding screens, the step where more than 90% of users dropped off, with autocomplete from MásMóvil or QuirónSalud client data.

02
- One voice and tone across web and app, written with a telemedicine doctor and the business team.
- Copywriting for content and form error messages.

03
- Redesigned the DoctorGo app and website.
- DoctorGo tokens applied across web and app.
- Onboarded marketing to use the brand correctly online.
- Modular email templates in Figma for fast newsletters.

04
- Spent a year selling the design system to the MásMóvil Group, showing the business opportunities.
- Got it off the ground, including the migration from Sketch to Figma.
- Created the libraries for core components, tokens and responsive patterns.
- DoctorGo became the first product in the group with a design system.
